Welcome to Dr. An’s Group at Sichuan University. In our research, the core focus is to advance research in composite deployable structures and smart and soft mechanical metamaterials, with emphasis on their applications in aerospace and mechanical engineering. We use applied mechanics methods to discover and solve scientific problems, from engineering practices and for engineering practices.
